The List

Scientific Marketing maintains its own unique database sources and unique profiling capabilities. Being able to access up to 28 different sources of demographic information along with select dealer database profiling allows Scientific Marketing to design a program specifically for task at hand. Our Buyer Predictive Software Programs allows us to select and guide a potential customer who is most likely to be in their buying cycle right into your dealership. Our Data Analysts are continually updating and verifying information sources. In addition, every person is cross-checked via NCOA (National Change Of Address). We know when our prospects are most likely to buy.

The Custom Invitations

All invitations are designed and themes created from scratch for the individual campaign based upon what will work in an ever changing marketplace. Each invitation is individually laser printed with the recipient's name appearing many times throughout the mailer with most of our custom designs.

The Prizes

Scientific Marketing provides a wide choice of insured Grand Prize Winner packages from Scratchers, Peek a Boo envelopes, Electronic Scan Cards, Dice Rolls and many other cutting edge traffic drivers in our event invitations. A wide range of gifts are available for the "Just For Attending" prizes.

Pre-Event

Proper preparation insures a successful event. The dealership is involved in many of the steps prior to the event including final approval of the Invitation. Approximately one week prior to the event our staff or Event Director is communicating directly with top management at the dealership to insure success.

The Event

Scientific Marketing maintains a group of very qualified Event Directors should the dealership require a Hosted event. Typically a Hosted events means that we will send you a Greeter and a seasoned car guy as Event Director to help maximize the number of sales. We do not take over your dealership, only assist your managers and sales staff in handling the increased floor traffic to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. A pre event motivational sales meeting is conducted by our professional director to kick the event off. Detailed lead sheets are provided to sales and management on each customer.

Post Event Follow Up

A detailed recap report is provided to management to put into the dealerships follow up system. Most dealers will pick up many more sales by following up with the people that came into the event. We treat your customers the way they should be treated to convert many of your competitors customers over to your friendly showroom. People will return where they are made to feel comfortable. Great CSI is our goal.
